Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Legacy Painting & Renovations are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are subject to change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in each individual proposal or invoice. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Scope of Work
Legacy Painting & Renovations will only perform work specifically listed in the agreed-upon estimate or contract. Any additional work requested by the client will require approval and may result in additional charges.
Liability
Legacy Painting & Renovations is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or conditions beyond our control unless explicitly stated in writing.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Project schedules are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
